Receive a custom design plan addressing your needs for your unique property. Depending upon the needs of your project and which design package you purchase, you'll receive a 2D, 3D, and/or animated design, plant list, irrigation, and lighting plans.

What You Can Expect
Initial Conversation
You will begin by speaking with Dan, the owner. He will get to know you a little bit, your project, timeline, and anticipated budget, as well as schedule a visit to get started.
Site Visit
Before we come for a site visit if you have a survey or site plan it is beneficial to our team to have emailed that over in advance. This is also a great time to send inspiration photos you may have. When we come for a site visit our designer will spend more time with you at the property discussing your vision, goals, and concerns. We will take on-site pictures of your property as well as field measurements.
Design Reviews
Your designer begins working on your landscape design, collaborating with you throughout the process.
Design review meetings will take place in person at your home. Keep in mind that depending on the complexity of your project and the type of design package you have purchased a complete design can take between a week and 2 months start to finish.
Payment & Construction Scheduling
Once your design consultation is scheduled payment in full for the package you pick is due. Once your design is approved by you, a project deposit will secure your spot in our schedule and allow our team to begin to order materials in advance needed for your project. Throughout the construction process your designer will meet with you to ensure the vision for the project is being met. It is not unusual during this process as the homeowner sees the project come together that they add more scope of work. Your designer is here to help you through this process. Once construction is complete, your designer will schedule a final walkthrough with you and your project.
